6 Reasons Why Plastic Key Tags Is a Must for Small Businesses

6 Reasons Why Plastic Key Tags Is a Must for Small Businesses.

Small businesses simply don’t have the marketing budget to rent out several billboard spaces or get prime time TV spots. They instead have to come up with innovative marketing strategies to promote their brands. If you are a small business owner, you probably invest a lot of time on the internet trying to promote your business. You might also consider getting banners and posters printed to attract walk-in customers. While these strategies work great for small businesses, there is a highly effective way to spread the word about your brand that you are probably overlooking. Plastic key tags are definitely not a new marketing tool, but that doesn’t mean they are not effective. One of the primary reasons why plastic tags work is because they serve a function. Customers who use these tags to organize their keys and keep a track of their store points. So they would never consider throwing them away. If you are still not convinced, following are 6 practical reasons why plastic key tag marketing works for small businesses.

Can Be Utilized by All Types of Small Businesses: It really doesn’t matter what type of product or service you are trying to sell, you can use plastic tags to great effect. From yoga centers and beauty parlors to grocery stores and home repair companies, almost all businesses can hand out plastic key tags to their customers.

They Are Incredibly Cost Effective: Most small businesses do not have the marketing budget for TV spots and billboards but getting custom key tags printed is cheap. For scoring best deals we suggest going to multiple online plastic tag printer stores and compare prices. For reference, you can get a thousand key tags for less than $500.

No One Throws Away Key Tags: What happens when you hand a customer a pamphlet or a leaflet? He or she takes a look and then discards it. Now, because plastic key tags are given away as gifts they seldom get thrown away. They are functional as key tags and if they are well designed, customers would proudly use them to organize their keys. Now, because plastic key tags are useful to customers, these almost never get thrown away. As long as the customer is using them, they continue to promote your brand.

You Get the Option to Add Barcodes: Adding to its functionality, key tags can give you access to critical customer information. Combined with a barcode reader and a customer database system, these key tags can help you track customer data. When scanned, a key tag barcode can help a retailer to open all the previous purchases of a particular customer. They can even be used to identify loyal customers and thus help in developing strategies to retain them.

Strengthens Customer Loyalty: As mentioned before, key tags can be given away to customers as gifts. Apart from that, key tags allow loyal customers to get access to exclusive deals and discounts by scanning them at checkout counters. Store owners can even keep a track of store points for all their customers. Now, because these key tags are linked to store points and deals, customers value them. This helps build brand loyalty and allows businesses to retain their loyal customers.

Increases Word-of-Mouth Marketing: Unique looking plastic key tags become somewhat of a conversation starter. They encourage customers to talk about the brand to their friends and family members. This creates a chain reaction of people talking about your business thus boosting word-of-mouth marketing. However, for that to happen you need to spend time designing a unique key tag. No one really wants to talk about a boring rectangular key tag. Consider giving the plastic key tag a unique shape. Maybe a dumbell, if you own a fitness center.

Laksa Sarawak

Laksa Sarawak - Pes & Resipi.| Assalammualaikum & Salam Ramadhan uolls~

Ter-rajin pulak Eca nak update entry hari ini. Dah masuk minggu terakhir kita di bulan Ramadhan dan Eca pasti ramai yang dah mula menyiapkan biskut raya ke korang order biskut tunjuk je????. eh eh, entry kali ini taknak cerita pasal biskut, Eca nak cerita pasal LAKSA SARAWAK.

Bila korang nak sediakan hidangan Laksa Sarawak, bahan paling utama ialah PES LAKSA SARAWAK HJ MANAN. Kenapa kena guna Pes Laksa Sarawak Hj Manan?..sebab pes laksa sarawak ini merupakan pes paling sedap berbanding jenama lain (I've tried another pes before and its ends with dissapoinment in my laksa. So, please use Pes Laksa Sarawak Hj Manan yer!)

Nak lagi puashati, beli paket 500gm tu!..hehehee~

5. Bila dah masukkan pes laksa dalam air rebusan ayam+udang tu, korang masukkan kiub ayam.

Family Feast Pancake House International, pilihan berbuka puasa.

Family Feast @ Pancake House International. | Assalammualaikum & Salam Ramadhan.

Alhamdulillah, dah masuk 16 Ramadhan kita berpuasa. Sepanjang 16 hari berpuasa ne, korang dah pernah tak berbuka di luar?...Last Saturday, setibanya Eca di KK (selepas drive dari Semporna-KK dalam 10jam macam tu)...Eca roger terus member Eca, Nani (pemilik Nanis Vendor, Alamesra) tuk berbuka kat Pancake House International. Kekonon, lepas berbuka nak gi shopping kat Kompleks Karamunsing.
tengah pilih menu apa tu cik eca oi?

Food is LOVE, Share the LOVE.

Family Feast @ Pancake House International.
RM100 untuk 4 orang.
1. 4 Jenis Nasi : Nasi Kuning, Nasi Pandan, Nasi Putih dan Nasi Bawang Putih.
2. Kari Kambing
3. Rendang Ayam
4. Daing Na Bangus
5. Terung Sumbat
6. Kurma Pancake
7. 1.5ml Air Fanta Strawberry

Terung sumbat ni salah satu makanan tradisional orang Filipina tau. Taulah, sebab arwah bestfriend Eca (which she is a tagalog) pernah ajar Eca masak terung sumbat.

MUST TRY tauuuu!

Rendang Ayam pun ada...wah terasa sangat nak menyambut Hari Raya kan?
special Rendang Ayam disini, isi ayam yang mudah lerai. Maksud Eca tu kan, masuk je dalam mulut, tak yah susah payah nak kunyah...isi ayam sangat lembut, sehingga terasa sangat rendang tu.

tadaaaa...inilah dia Kurma Pancake.

muka penat drive + kenyang makan.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson penuhi impian percutian.

Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson | Assalammualaikum & Salam 1Malaysia.

Sedar tak sedar dah nak masuk bulan ke-5 untuk tahun 2018. Sepanjang beberapa bulan ni, Eca akui sendiri Eca tak banyak masa untuk diri sendiri. “Me Time” tu dah takdak makna, dengan tugas sebagai guru apatah lagi sebagai warden asrama. Bila terfikir cuti sekolah, rasa nak lari dari dunia pendidik..nak bercutiiiiiiiii sangat-sangat-sangat.

Masa tengah survey resort (google is my latest bestfriend for last few days tauu!), Eca tergoogle pula pasal Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. Tambah pula rakan facebook Eca update pasal percutian beliau sekeluarga kat Lexis Port Dickson baru-baru ni, tambahlah berkobar-kobar perasaan nak pergi bercuti kat Lexis Hibiscus Port Dikson.

Jom kita cuci mata pasal Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson :

So, takdak masalah kalau bercuti kat sini bersama seisi keluarga

Pemandangan waktu malam pun amat menyenangkan tau. Bagi Eca, kalau nak photoshoot kat sini untuk pre-wedding ataupun post-wedding takdak hal ah!...Sekali lah honeymoon gitu, kan?  eh eh, Eca macam dah hint something lak!

Kan dah cakap, cantik!!!!...Sebenarnya kan, kat Lexis Hibiscus ni terlalu banyak pilihan bilik antaranya ialah :

  • Executive Pool Villa
  •  Premium Pool Villa
  • Panorama Pool Villa (Sea View & Fountain View)
  • Sky Pool Villa
  • Royal Suite
  •  Imperial Suite
  •  Presidential Suite

Kita sering mendengar aktiviti seperti Banana Boat, Jet Ski mahupun berkayak. Lexis Hibiscus turut menawarkan aktiviti sukan air seperti Airhead & Bandwagon.

Planning your future home with your love ones

Most married couples would prefer having a home on their own. A home that belongs to the lovebirds. There are many lands for sale in Malaysia that people can check it out. However, with a stagnant monthly income and increasing cost of living in Malaysia, many couples are looking into earning passive incomes from property investments. This article will guide you through things that you need to consider if you are planning to dive into the property investment bandwagon.

  1. Joint loan limits the margin of finance
Most couples apply for joint mortgage loan as it shows a higher combined income and higher repayment capacity. Therefore, it increases the chances of getting a higher loan amount. However, it will limit the margin of finance for your property investment if you plan to invest in property.

Furthermore, Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) has since implemented new rule stating that each individual will get a 90% financing for the first 2 residential properties. As for individuals who already have two mortgage loans and planning to apply for the third mortgage loan, they are only qualified for a 70% financing for their third property.

Therefore, if your partner and you are planning to buy more properties for investment purpose, having a joint loan will most likely limit the loan amount you are eligible in the future.

By taking up an individual loan, your partner and you will be able to get as many as 4 90% home loans if you plan to buy residential property, whereas for joint home loans, you are only eligible for 2 90% joint home loans. After the second residential property, your property financing will then reduced to 70%. That being said, you will then need to pay the 30% down payment on your own instead of the normal 10% down payment.

No doubt that combining resources will make it easier to qualify for a higher loan amount, it is important to know that it brings its disadvantages as well as it will affect the credit history of all the applicants.

2.                  Effect of individual financial rating
Do bear in mind that your credit score plays an important role in taking up a joint loan. In addition, your financial rating is linked to your partner’s credit score as well. That being said, if your spouse has a good credit history but you do not, your chances of getting a joint mortgage loan might be affected. It might also work the other way round where your spouse’s good credit history will help you in securing a joint mortgage loan. Even if you manage to get approval for a joint mortgage loan, the loan amount might be lower than expected due to your bad credit history.

If you want to get the maximum loan amount, it is best to clear your debt and improve your financial score before you apply for a joint mortgage loan. Settle your personal loan, car loan and credit card loans to be eligible for a mortgage loan. You could improve your credit history by paying your bills on time to prove that you are capable in managing your finances effectively. In addition, try not to apply for new credit cards as well as it will lower your capability of mortgage repayment. If you really need to, make sure you settle all outstanding debt before applying for new credit card. You could also opt for a debt consolidation plan if you really need to.

3.                  Real Estate Property Gains Tax exemption benefits
In the Budget 2014, it is announced that the Real Estate Property Gains Tax (RPGT) is increased to 30% for the first 3 years, followed by 20%, and 15% for the fourth year and fifth year when you dispose a property. From the 6th year onwards, disposal of property will be tax free.
Every individual is given one chance on the exemption of chargeable gain from the disposal of the first residential property. However, if the property is combined, your spouse and you are only entitled to one exemption instead of two if you invest in properties separately.

In conclusion, do your research and plan ahead. A joint home loan can be helpful if you want to increase your chances of eligibility for higher loan amount. However, if you plan to invest in more properties, getting individual loan will be a better choice if your monthly income is qualified for the home loan. You should also look into different types of property you prefer, target market, and location before you decide on which property to buy. Property investment can definitely be rewarding and satisfying if done right. It is also a good way to establish your retirement savings or your children’s education fund. Make sure you communicate with your partner so you understand the effect of your decision on your finance. Most importantly, do make sure you stay within your budget to prevent yourself from getting into a financial debt. After all, property investment requires a huge sum of money.
